Standard bank ****mers!!

Standard bank is utterly useless and lazy! You make a manual payment on account, close the account before the debit order date. Then get told they can't stop the debit order and when the deduction bounces they tell you it's alright let it bounce. Then when you apply for a re-advance in your own home loan. On the money you've paid in. They decline you for missing a payment for an account that is closed. On the basis of "it bounced"! I know it ****ing bounced. You told me to let it bounce! You wouldn't cancel the debit order. You told me to let it bounce - it's alright. Then you tell me I'm in arreas, because I've made manual payments that you don't allocate on time and when my debit order bounces you say I'm on arreas for closed account! Useless ****ing lazy ****ming bank! Everything takes a 100 times longer. In the age of digital asking me to complete a an expenses ans income paper, when you have literally all my expenses and income on your system you ****ing assholes! Everything you sell has some slimy way to ***** your clients in the ass when they want to close their accounts! ****ing waste of space bank!
