Someone sent me money through InstaMoney, and when I went to withdraw it at the ATM, the machine said the cash had already been taken out — but I never received any money. It shows that the withdrawal was successful even though no cash came out. This is very frustrating because I needed that money urgently. I would like this issue to be investigated and for my money to be reversed or reissued as soon as possible.
