Standard Bank Mastercard

I am unemployed. Pensioner. Paid my mastercard credit card in full. Even told them, I can't afford this anymore, very limited income. Even went into Parow branch, ask to have my old credit card details removed. Today around 09h35 received a call from a person named "Selbourne", phoning on behalf of Standard Bank Mastercard. Offering me a credit card, with R150 000 limit. Who authorised Mastercard/Standard Bank to sell my confidential banking details to a third party? Do the financial control act not state that you must run a credit check to see if a person can afford the credit that you offer? How stupid are Standard Bank to offer credit to an unemployed person? How stupid are Standard Bank to allow a third party to sell/offer credit to people that has not been verified/vetted? Really?

Can anybody advise me what legal action can I take?
