STANDARD BANK MAPONYA TERRIBLE

Good Day, my husband has a business in Maponya Mall, Soweto. And on a daily basis he goes to the bank to make change. He has 3 accounts with Standard Bank. <br> So I cannot understand why every time he has to go for change they give him endless stories... The workers in Maponya Mall are pathetic due to the lack of service and help when needed, The bank stays full the entire day as if the employers are not doing their work. They always apologizing and saying that they would sort the matter out and nothing happens. It is so sickening because some of the Standard Bank Maponya Mall employers have terrible attitude and can talk back the way they feel, which I feel as a Standard Bank customer is totally unacceptable. I would like someone from HEAD OFFICE TO please contact either myself or my husband to apologize on behalf of this pathetic branch and see it that something is done with the service and the attitude of some of the employers. We are tired of having the same issues with the same branch all the time, day in and day out. Or else I as an individual will take this matter up further because this is not the 1st time we are having this problem. Awaiting an URGENT RESPONSE. Thank you
