STANDARD BANK MALL@REDS BRANCH. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND ATTITUDE
Standard bank in Mall@Reds is the absolute worst service I have had from any standard bank branch. Waited 3.5 hours for assistance. Sulky abrupt rude and very unpleasant staff. All staff seemed to be on A go slow. All I needed was to collect a new credit card that was sent to them and that took 3.5 hours. Very unpleasant experience.
