Standard bank Mall@Carnival

Worst branch ever!!! Pathetic. Pathetic. Pathetic. Shortage of staff, customers complaining non-stop to the Bank Manager about the ridiculously long line that they have been standing in for hours, and NO results. I have never came to this branch without standing and waiting for hours before seeing a consultant. Today there is one consultant to service a long line of customers. Really bad. Rather go to another branch even if you have to drive to another town. Hopefully not all the standard bank branches are the same. Even the reviews on Google is bad. Why is there nothing being done about the poor management of this branch? Sooooo many complaints and bad reviews and nothing is being done. Is it a lack of interest or a lack of regard and respect to the customers, I fail to understand
