standard bank makes me feel like throwing up

I have been unsuccessful in obtaining 2 statements on my credit card for specific dates in order to get a refund from Groupon. The email never came. And when I phoned to complain to a team leader the butch put me on hold and treated me like a *****. I won't get my refund because of you. I hate you standard bank
