Standard bank make false promises.

On the 7th April 2015 I made a complaint about Standard bank here. They rep**** the following:<br> Hello wtorr,<br> <br> Thank you for your posting and allowing us an opportunity to investigate your complaint.<br> <br> This matter will be assigned to a resolution specialist who will contact you to resolve your complaint.<br> <br> Kind regards<br> <br> Complaint Resolution Centre<br> ***<br> *** (fax)<br> [Email Removed]<br> <br> To date no one has made contact with me. My original complaint was that there is no customer service as no one gets back to you. Well I feel they have proved me right once again. <br> <br> If this is the way they treat clients I wonder how safe my money is?
