Standard Bank made me pay one loan twice! ******!!

I am very disappointed and disgusted with what standard bank did to me! I paid the one loan twice because someone failed to do their job properly!<br> <br> In 2005 I took a loan of R10 000 which rounded up to R18 000. The money was debited every month for 5 years as agreed. I didn't ask for a settlement letter as standard bank is a big company with good reputation I never thought they would try something funny! BUT to my surprise a year later standard bank contacted me and told me I owe them R18 000 (SHOCKED!) <br> <br> How did this happen? I was told that I had an outstanding of R1.00 which accumulated in a year to R18 000. I mean R1.00 TO R18 000????? Why and how did this happen, why did they leave out that R1.00 and did not inform me? and how did R1.00 accumulate to R18 000 within a period of one year?<br> <br> Because of that I had to pay the R18 000 AGAIN. I was sent back and forth, from one person to the other, I was so frustrated but because I wasn't informed enough and because of maintaining a good credit record I had to pay it again. Not that I could afford it!!<br> <br> I have been ****** and standard bank took advantage of me, I am still currently in debt I want my money back. I NEED IT BACK! I
