Standard Bank lowering standards.

Less than two years ago we had a Standard Bank branch in Hout Bay and three atms. In the Bank's wisdom they not only closed the branch but also reduced the number of fully functioning atms to just one. This atm has now been out of order for three days. We get charged service fees and get no service. People have bills to pay and other services too. For those without transport it is now a two hour round trip to the nearest branch. The Bank is supposed to provide a service to its customers and Standard Bank are falling well short when it comes to looking after the customers who keep them in business.
