Standard Bank Lotto No Small Winnings Paid

Please.do not purchase Lotto Tickets from Standard Bank App.Payouts between R5- R50 are not paid out. If you have a bonus number, only one number the Standard Bank App does not pay out. I have had this issue numerous times before and have enquired about this directly to Standard Bank, where the consultant told me.they would contact me again,but did not. What happens to customers R5 winnings etc.WHO collects the winnings then?
