STANDARD BANK LOAN ACCOUNT
I HAVE A LOAN ACCOUNT WITH STANDARD BANK. MY DEBIT ORDER WENT OFF ON THE 25TH OF FEBRUARY. HOWEVER, THEY NEVER ALLOCATED THIS PAYMENT TO MY LOAN ACCOUNT AND HANDED ME OVER TO A COLLECTIONS COMPANY - FOR MONEY NOT REALLY OUTSTANDING. THEY NEED TO FIX THIS ASAP, IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. REALLY.
