Standard bank loading my bond

Myself and my husband jointly bought a house, however the bank qualified us for R1 750 000, but we bought our property and signed by Standard bank for R1 699 000, it's been a month that we went into the bank, as we wanted to apply for the R50 000 and to our surprise standard bank already loaded their system with R1 750 000 amd that is the bond we paying which is incorrect. The consultant then said they will have to send it.to their home loan department and she will keep in contact with us. She definitely kept in contact admiting fault on Standard bank behalf, however I have asked for a refund to be calculated with interest over the overpayment and for them to correct the system with the correct borrowed amount R1 699 000, as of today I am still paying on R1 750 000. I have all documents and I have provided it to the bank as proof of what we signed for and the sellers attorneys received R1 699 000, so where is the other monies?
