standard bank listing me on credit Bureau for loan that I didn't take

My name is Johannes, now nearly 2 years , I have been personally impacted by standard bank listing me on credit Bureau for loan that I didn't take, at this point had to suffer this consequences myself after all trying to contact them many times. Even at this point that raising this issue with them doesn't help any more. I have lost important Financials offers because of this, contacting them doesn't help me for as much I tried, they are not willing to help, its is always same **** promises that they will come back to me after so and so many days, just to get out of me, I bank with them but now I feel it is time to run away look for a bank that can treat it customers better and best

To: Complaint Resolution Centre and all your service support, kindly stop telling me promises always where you later do not even do anything, remove your ghost account out of my credit profile, imagine 6 months in arears, so I get declined for everything I apply for anything? because of your administration errors

You always tell me you will attend to the issue and come back to me, and never did. I am suffering because of your Ghost loan account, take it out of my credit profile ASAP

Because you caused this issue, then fix it because it like it my mess now
