Standard bank listing me at credit bureau for an account that I never took

My name is Johannes, now for 2 years , I have been personally impacted by standard bank listing me on credit Bureau for loan account that I didn't take, at this point I am suffering this consequences myself after all trying to contact them many times. Even at this point that raising this issue with them doesn't help any more. I have lost important Financials offers because of this, they are not willing to help, it is always same **** promises that they will come back to me after so and so many days, just to get out of me, I bank with them but now I feel it is time to run away look for a bank that can treat its customers better and best

To: Complaint Resolution Centre and all your service support, kindly stop telling me promises always where you later do not even do anything, remove your ghost account out of my credit profile, imagine 6 months in arears, so I get declined or offered high interest rates when I apply? and all this is because of standard bank administration errors.

Experian is telling me that this will be on my profile for 5 years. Did I do anything wrong?

This is has indeed caused me a lot of stress
