Standard bank Listed me for an account I do not know off on the credit bureau

I am so Extremely undermined by Standard Bank, If I were a white person this would have been resolved in an instant. I had a credit card account with Standard Bank which I paid off, Standard bank has a different account number listed on my Credit bureau profile, i called them they could not pick up any information under the account number listed on ITC, they said this is because I had different credit card numbers with them however, they updated the profile on their side. The next time I call I'm told it's because my account was a written-off account it will forever reflect written-off even on paid-up status. I have been battling with Standard Bank for the past 4 Months to remove the account I know nothing about, I do not have an active Standard Bank credit card as the ITC states, and that is incorrect. I was given a paid up letter that has a different account number to the one listed on ITC. everyone I spoke with at Standard Bank is so useless, they know nothing about customer service.
