Standard Bank lies in order for me to switch to them

A consultant from Standard Bank phoned this morning to waste my time by offering me a "Young Professional Gold Credit Card" because they value that I currently hold Private Banking accounts at another bank.

This guy had the audacity to offer me a "CHANCE" to build a relationship with Standard Bank and start from Gold and he tried to convince me to downgrade from Private Banking to Gold, just because he thinks that Standard Bank Gold is better than Private Banking at a competitor.
