Standard bank **** to me

<p>Somewhere in june i contacted standard bank home loan to ask them if i can make my monthly premium to be fixed.they told me that i must wait till what i owe them is less than what they have borrowed me.i understood then and i waited for my balance to be lower than what the originally borrowed me but when i called them they said i don't qualify even when my balance is positive. Am realy angry cause they **** to me and promised me something which is not true.they **** and i see that they dont want to make my premium fixed.Standard bank is the worst mistake i ever made</p>
