Standard bank lie and ignored us

Ok, I'm now fed up for Standardbank incpontance. My late mother estate is pending since October 2020. We been in contact with Nordien, Yumnah Y who suddenly ignored us.

1) I want an investigation why this person is ignoring us. 2) I wannt to know Why all the other staff ignored us. 3) Why This is my third time in seraval months compalinging about the same issue on hellopeter. Clearly my previos attempts was ignored. 4) I want to know when this estate will be finilised.

Lastly. Im over it discussing thiss matter on email. I want a telephone number to diuscus this maatter in person.
