Standard Bank (Legal Department)- new slogan 'it can't be'!!!

I have tried to contact legal department - Nadia the team lead for most of today calling for hours (apparently agents are working from home). I have received no callback despite numerous messages left; the immediately goes to voicemail. I have tried to make a payment arrangement on a car loan, on behalf of my sister. Can someone contact her please? Standard Bank used to be so efficient what happened to 'moving forward'.. more like moving backwards.
