STANDARD BANK LEGAL ASSIST PLAN
I have held a Standard Bank Legal Assist Plan for more years than I can remember and never had cause to use it until today. However the matter for which I expected to receive advice - the recovery of debt from a defaulting tenant, is not covered by the policy Having gone back and scrutinised the policy, I accept that is the case but what thje policy does cover is generally of no use and so I will be cancelling the policy with immediate effect.
