Standard bank legal, a joke

I had a credit card with standard bank for the past three years which I struggled to pay and was handed over. I regained my financial stand and started paying again. After a year or so of regular payments I called them asking for a statement. They referred me to a firm of attorneys who are handling my account. The company told me that the account was recalled by standard bank months ago. I called standard bank again and they acknowledged their mistake. They sent me the statement for that month. For the past two months when I call to ask for statement they revert to their statement again that its with attorneys such that I requested the lady I spoke to today to refer me to her supervisor. She told me that she has fowarded my matter to her team leader who promised to call me before 19h00. That didnt happen.

This companies are so unprofessional because they act anyhow so that you act reckless so that they prey on your blood.
