Standard Bank Leaks Customers Banking Information

After having to apply for Debt Consolidation due to a loan repayment mistake made by Standard Bank, I then app**** for Debt Consolidation through Standard Bank as 75%of my debt was owing to them. In the process of gathering all my bank account details, numbers, account numbers ID Numbers, contact details etc, and sending them through to Standard Bank, they then rep**** to my email and leaked all of my personal information out to a stranger as they typed my email address incorrectly. This stranger then contacted me, explaining the repercussions of what could have happened if he had been a dishonest citizen and suggested I litigate for leaking my information. I have not done so as I was lucky enough to have been dealt good karma by an honest individual, but what about all the other mistakes costing other customers money? Does Standard Bank really not take pride in customer service and consumer protection? Are they only able to pay peanuts so can only employ ******s these days???
