Standard Bank Laudium is honestly the standard bank with the worst service!!

I went to them multiple times, today being one of those and the service worsens. I stood in the que for 15 minutes because there is only one teller. Someone else eventually comes and I asked for R5 coins to the value of R100. The man looks at the teller, Rehana, asks her. She looks at me up and down (I had on a track pants and a t shirt because I had just returned from park run, so not very dressed up) and very rudely says "Oh we don't have". So I asked her, you don't have or you don't want to give me? Very rudely again, she says, we don't have! This is not the first time I am being spoken to like this by Rehana. She is disrespectful! I am a Presetige Client and should atleast get Prestige service! Standard Bank Laudium, fix yourself!!!!
