STANDARD BANK - LAKESIDE MALL BRANCH - TERRIBLE SERVICE

The Lakeside mall Standard bank Branch gave me the worst service.

Waiting period is 1 hour and 30 min minimum to be assisted, staff is extremely rude.

There is only one service consultant working out of 9 bays.

The consultant assisting me was approving a loan or someone elses documents while attempting to assist me, she proceeded to deal with the other matter while I just sat in front of her for about 45 minutes.

The staff at this branch do not care about any customers even the elderly, there was client that couldnt walk properly and noone assisted him.

I spent 3 hours at this branch during my work day to close this account and still have note received a letter of payment or closure.

I will never recommend your services to anyone, your call centre is no help either.
