Standard Bank Lack of Service
The bank stopped my updating credit rating in 2017, I requested the bank to update to no avail. This is now affecting my credit rating, I phoned the bank numerous times and logged 2 calls that have lapsed without any assistance ( ********** 053 & ********** 802). How can I get the Bank Ombudsman to assist?
