Standard Bank lack of service
In 2004 i got divorced and the court concluded that I had won my house all documents were given to Standard Bank so that my ex husband does not have access to the account anymore since we and had a joint bond . I've been paying my bond ever since and was told that I could only change the title deed once my bond was paid off. A few months back while I had paid off my bond only the insurance was going off the account Standard Bank suddenly decides to take my bond to the estate lates since my ex husband passed away. The man passed away in 2021 and they only decide to escalate the bondthis year to estate late and put a hold on the bond . NO COMMUNICATION WAS MADE WITH ME PRIOR TO IT BEING ESCALATED. The bond has an insurance which is accumulating and i can't even pay it because it's on hold .im now owing the bond a whole R19000 because of the interests accumulating . I've sent Standard Bank endless *** and they asking me for documents of a man I haven't since or heard from since 2004 . I supp**** court documents to state what they already know as all documents were given to them but no one is willing to help me and . What makes me more mad is that the bond is on hold so I can't pay into the account but it's not on hold for them to add interests , tell me how is that fair . You don't want me to pay the account but you keep adding interests every second day . I'm a 72 old pensioner and I can't believe the nonsense STANDARD BANK IS PUTTING ME THROUGH . they agents don't listen they don't want to escalate my issue they just waiting for the money to accumulate and be more than my house so they can come kick me out of my house at my age . I'm so sick of this I can't believe this .
