Standard Bank lack of security and to attend to solve matters.

Standard Bank, when will you go into action, and do something to attend to unsolved matters? In the meantime you are charging me interest due to the lack of security and incompetency. Why must I pay for money that was ****** out of my account. If you have sent me an OTP pin and I gave that to the hackers, then I was at fault. But you have not sent an OTP pin and it was not my fault my account was hacked. What must I do to get response from you? Are you just *********** to do something? This is just unbelievable.
