Standard Bank - lack of competence
I have a ***** case which i logged on 23 September with a case number and all documents requested. Out of the 4 transactions only 1 feedback has been give...no word on the other 3. Every time i phone im told i need to wait some 7 days before feedback can be given. How is it possible that i log a ***** case and it not be taken with the seriousness it deserves? No feedback whatsoever

31 Jan 2024, 12:02Good day,
my case has not been resolved. I have been taken from pillar to post with my matter. I was even referred to the National Consumers because ' it was a consumer issue' . On 12 January, i received an email from Standard Bank to say they managed to retrieve my funds nd it should be in my account between 15 working days. tomorrow is day 15 and there is nothing. I was sent an email saying i need to have a case number. All this while i has never been told about getting a case number. The latest funds due to me, are they awaiting a case number?? Please help me understand. I have sent emails and made calls, all the feedback i get is ' the matter has been escalated and the investigators will get back to you. NO response on email this week and no response on phone.
I had given up on my issue because i was referred to the Customers complaints. Then Standard bank got my hopes up again with more funds that the successfully retrieved. Now i'm back here again stressing and looking for feedback.
