Standard Bank KYC

I have a business account with Standard Bank for the past 5 years. Lately they have been threathening to close my account as I have not submitted the company KYC documents although I submitted it when openening account years back.

On top of that their instructions to submit it does not work. They also say to contact your relationship banker who is not contactable.

I'm seriously considering closing this account and transferring it to FNB.

This is terrible service of the worst kind.
