Standard bank kolonnade poor service

Ucount cards must be in short supply at the standard bank branch in kolonnade mall. I have tried getting a new card 7 times over the last two months, always get told to come back next week. It costs me time and expensive petrol for no service. Best part is the Ucount call centre couldn't get hold of the branch as no one answers the phone. In this instance they don't even deserve the 1 star I awarded them.
