Standard bank Kirkwood. Poor service.

2 weeks ago I went to a standard bank branch in kirkwood. The tellers were so tude particularly the elderly coloured lady and the white lady with dark hair. A lady before me came to withdraw money from.inside the bank as it was a large amount of money. They instructed her to put in her pin she did so and For some odd reason they shouted at the lady claiming that she wants to break the machine. After all the rudeness they assisted her. Afterwards I came to put in a Notice on my savings account as I had an emergency that I needed the money for they were so rude to me. Before that when I went to enquire about why I wasnt recieving incontact for my transactions they teller assisting me was very nice but as usual the other 2 were rude. An elderly man wanted assistance amd they told him to draw a bank statement himself on the machine. My mother has also claimed she herself is a victim of Poort customer service from the bank in Kirkwood. Particularly from the white lady with the dark hair. There is alot of complaints about the bank from the people staying in Kirkwood as they are rude and people feel that it is a sign of ****** towards black people that they treat us in a certain way and white peoplenin a certain way with smiles and so on.
