Standard Bank, Kenilworth Centre, Cape Town

I have on several occasions visited Standard Bank in Kenilworth Centre and have been amazed at the fantastic level of service which they provide from the moment one steps in through the revolving entrance door. There is a desk right there where a helpful, knowledgeable staff member is able to direct clients to the correct station. The staff are attentive and professional. The placing of chairs and couches at crucial waiting areas are also welcome. The entire area is always clean and tidy and the layout is inviting.
