Standard bank keeps our title deed!

We gave a title deed to Standard Bank as security during the purchase of business assets. This was during 2004 - 2008. The financing has been paid up but we are battling to get the title deed that was used as security against the assets back. We urgently need it but nobody at Standard bank seem to know who we need to talk to - we are being referred to the title deed office of Standard bank - the numbers given to us are fax numbers. We are going to loose our overdraft at our current finance institution because we cannot provide the title deed to them! Anybody?? Who can help???
