Standard bank keeps blocking my account.

Standard bank account in Port Alfred Blocks my account and Card each and every time I make a payment to Luno, I have requested numerous times to stop this from happening yet each and every time I make a payment to Luno my account gets blocked. Its especially frustrating since I travel all the time and hardly spend much time in South Africa, having to deal with this constantly just makes me want to close the account and bank somewhere else, I really feel like this Standard Bank in Port Alfred is far from a good place to deal with.
