It is with great sadness that as a customer to wait outside the STD Bank building just to collect a card.The current layout clearly does not work as there is no space inside the building Are we expected to wait in the rain as well Also elderly people waiting outside Yes there are 3 chairs but what happens if they occupied and these elderly must stand outside the building Please re consider the facility of the bank and how best you can accommodate a more organized flow of serving customers
