Standard bank just sucks I wouldn't even give them a star if I had a choice

Not only do they finish your airtime or run up your bowl they don't answer the phone and then you never get to speak to a consultant they promise you the world and moon and the stars saying they going to come back to you they're going to help you I am sitting with a deceased while from 3 years ago the will is with standard bank standard bank is the executor um the disease have a a to his estate and yet there is an appointment letter executive appointment letter out there that is ******* and standard bank is doing nothing standard bank is already allowed my son to lose more than 500,000 Rand and they are just not responding they just don't come back to me they are the worst departments that you can deal with I paid my house finish for the settlement amount they gave me I don't understand so if the 600 extra and our found event and I hold them more money I don't know what is going on with standard bank
