Standard bank just helped someone to ***** my account

Today it marks the 14th day since I wrote on this app , and standard bank just responded and said the will get back to me ASAP. Mind your my complaint has been pending for past 4 months ,someone *****s my account and send standard bank ********** document that copied and paste my signature, Dashen Pillay , standard bank business banker just confirmed that yes he can se that there is something wrong in that signature and it’s clearly photoshopped but just told me it’s not that easy to open an account that has been frozen.

I have been out of business for 3 months, I cannot pay rent, my cars monthly installments or sending back my kids to school

They even asked me from standard bank , Dashen Pillay if I have lawyers, if I cannot afford rent then how can I pay lawyers

Please I just need help and I have all proof to show that standard bank is helping the guy to ***** my account
