Standard Bank just don't care

I have spent weeks trying to apply for a loan on my home loan account with standard. when I first contacted them the consultant from standard bank persuaded me to rather apply for an access bond but failed to inform me that I required a bank account with standard bank to transfer the money too. During this application nobody froms standard bank call me to inform me where in the process I was even though I was told I would be contact within 3 to 5 days. After 10 days I contacted standard bank and was told that they were awaiting FECA details from me and that I had to take a copy of my id and proof of resedence to my the nearest branch. I fail to understand how they need this as I have been paying my homeloan for this very address for the past 10 years but allas I obliged. Two days later I once again had to contact them since I had heard nothing from them - I was told that it was in process of being approved and they would confirm approval in 72 hours. 4 days later I have still heard nothing so I call agian - Joyfull rapture I find out is is approved but there is a catch.... I for the first time get told that I have to have a standard bank account to transfer my money too. When I refused they standard bank consultant tried to fob me off by saying I must go give my FNB cheque account details in at a standard bank branch. Only when I persisted in asking would they accept it did she admit that they would never. She so obviously couldnt have cared a less about my issue. I now have to reply for a loan on my account - every person I spoke to at standard bank today did not care a less about my problem - wish I could move my home loan to FNB!!!!!
