STANDARD BANK JUST DO NOT NDELIVER

<br> I requested my bank statements from the last financial year from Standard Bank because apparently SARS is looking for them. They just could not give me the Statements. It is so embarrassing to know that such a big bank does not have simple customer service. They do not care because they think that they are so big, so what. Sars had to penalise me because my bank could not release my statements. <br> <br> Its is such a mission just to receive your archived statements. Ooh nooo. I will have to take this to the newspapers, maybe it will work them up. Very disappointed, I have been banking with Standard Bank the rest of my life, I have my cheque account, homeloans, vehicle finance, personal loans and everything. But I really think its time to move my business. <br> <br> I am so frustrated with Standard Bank. <br> <br>
