Standard Bank judgemental to low income customers

On 1 July 2014 I tried to deposit money via the ANA machine like every previous month, the machines were not fully operational and I had to deposit the money via the normal ATM. My debit order was returned.
I claimed the policy value from the branch. A statement was drawn.on my acc a Fee of R28.00 was charged to my acc,not asked for ,still not reversed from my acc.

The Service Consultant in the branch confirmed that the machines had a problem.
According to the Complaints Resolution Centre - the machines were in well working order and the Custodian for George Run1, all the machines are 100% operational. - all 3 refer to the same time and date.

The branch manger told her H/O that they tried everything they could to help with my problem ,although she never spoke to me about my claim! The consultant treated me like dirt.

There was NO service, only judgement to a lower income customer. They saw previous returned dt orders and made a decision not remembering that all the \bad"acc customer's fee's add up and form part of their salaries.
Funny how they advertise a service but when not maintained"
