Standard bank jabulani mall don't certified documents of they clients

Im complaining for second time same thing,I went to standard bank jabulani mall to fix other things on my account I asked the lady by name of Lerato to certified my documents since I was there and the last time I log a complain the manager told me they do certified.Lerato told me the manager was not in to certified im so surprised because other branches any consultant can do that they send me to jabulani police station like last for me they don't want to certified for me or customers im sick and tired of the branch it's is the one close to me every time they give me hard time I'm living with disability I have to go to police station wait for long month end I'm closing this account I'm tired of standard bank jabulani mall
