Standard Bank it’s a mass
I’m disappointed with Standard Bank home loan department… on the 18 October 2024 I called them to review my interest rate and they promised me if I’m going to open an account with them, they are going to decrease my interest rate from 11.15 to 10.75 but till now it’s not done… now they put my home loan account in arrears though I never skip a month not paying them, when I called them why they put me in arrears they are saying it’s technical error, still they did not removed the error. This it’s affecting my credit score
