Standard bank is useless

Hi all I would just like to use this platform to talk about my disappointing experience with Standard Bank. Unfortunately my father and brother have both lost their jobs during covid. My brothers student loan was handed over to debt collection and my parents received a payment holiday on their credit card. We made payment arrangements with the collection agency however any money that goes into my parents account gets taken for the student load which does not lie with standard bank any more and they take a payment for the credit card which is on payment holiday every time they take bank charges for the transactions then you have to get transferred to 20 different people before you get an answer. This is complete and utter poor service. I will never come back to standard bank and once this is sorted im moving my parents as well you would think over 20 years of being a customer they would treat you better.
