Standard Bank is Useless

You have financed a vehicle and I’m having issues with the dealer. Surely you can retract the funds paid to the dealer and allocate them to a dealer that is willing to provide a vehicle without issues. Your organisation telling me that there is nothing it can do to help is a pathetic excuse.
