Standard Bank is Useless.

Well I'm tired of complaining about Standard Bank after they paid the funeral policy and grocery benefit they still haven't paid the funds from my moms account into mine after they made a promise that the transfer will take a month but its over a month. I guess they get satisfaction from bad customer service. I mean I submitted all relevant documents at the branch but a month later I'm still getting emails requesting me to resend the same documents. I really don't know anymore but its clear Standard Bank doesn't care about anyone and anything anymore. They should just close all the other remaining branches and close shop cause its really a useless bank.
