Standard Bank is useless

we are prestige account holders, but our bankers are useless now that they working from home. dont bank with Standard bank. standard bank is totally loosing it.

My daughter is still waiting on the bankers response. she ask banker on the 12th of October 2021 for help, every time he says he is on study leave, what **** is this.
