Standard Bank is useless

<p>I called today to open a fixed deposit and I was declined because I had not updated my physical address, I find this incredibly uselss from Standard Bank. As a client for the last 10 odd years I now need to find time in my busy life to stand in a queue and hand in my physical address - I could then might as well open an account at other bank and stand in the queue and get better service - so much for living to the saying helping us to move forward - so useless. People move away from Standard Ban****!! There are other places that will help!!! </p>
