Standard bank is unreliable

in the month of June 2023 i was ****med out of a motor for my vehicle of R32 000. upon realizing i was about to be ****med i called standard bank and asked them to reverse the EFT which was immediately after the payment was made leaving 24 hours to reflect on the other side , the reversal was never done by them the agent advised me to go to the police station and open a case which is what i did , when i kept following up they advised me the recovered R7000 of my funds and would refund this once investigated , investigations had been done and almost a year late i do not have any funds with the same excuses of they are waiting for time bank. to date no one has come back with tangible evidence of thier case or any feedback despite the numerous times i requested feedback

as a standard bank client for 15 plus years i am cancelling all accounts and taking my business else where
