Standard Bank is truly moving us forward

I am so impressed with Standard Bank's new innovation of responding to banking queries on weChat. Yes it can sometimes take forever to get a transaction processed but wow I am blown away by this. I don't have to call in, I don't have to go to a branch for small queries like changing notification method and changing online banking limit. I am in Dubai and going into branch is not possible and calling in is expensive so I have used the service twice now, yes it has to improve with the speed of the transaction but I say BRAVO!!! We are moving forward.
